What We're Building
Before any work begins, both parties agree on a clearly defined scope โ the type of project (website, SaaS, e-commerce, etc.), features to be included, and explicit exclusions.
Out-of-Scope Requests
Any features or deliverables beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a separate request and may incur additional charges. This protects both the quality of the project and the timeline.
๐ก We encourage detailed briefs upfront. The clearer the scope, the smoother the build โ and the faster you go live.
How Payments Work
We operate on a structured milestone-based payment system to ensure fair progress for both parties.
(non-refundable booking fee)
(at agreed milestone)
(before deployment)
Work begins only after the advance payment is received. No advance means no project start โ no exceptions.
Late Payments
Failure to make milestone payments on time may result in work being paused until payment is received. Continued delays may affect final delivery timelines.
Delivery Timelines
We commit to clear delivery timelines at the start of every project. However, timelines are directly dependent on the client's responsiveness and content delivery.
Client Delays
Delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals from the client's side may extend the delivery timeline. Any such delays will not be treated as a breach of our commitment.
Project Pause
If a client becomes unresponsive for 7 or more consecutive days without prior notice, the project may be paused. Re-activation may be subject to a restart fee depending on the situation.
Changes & Revisions
Reasonable revisions are part of any healthy project. We include a set number of revision rounds based on the project scope โ agreed upon at the start.
What's Included
Minor adjustments to design, copy, layout, and functionality within the agreed scope are covered under included revisions.
Excess Revisions
Repeated, excessive, or scope-expanding changes beyond agreed revision rounds may be chargeable as additional work. We'll always communicate before any extra charges are applied.
Who Provides the Content
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the client is responsible for providing all content required for the project โ including but not limited to text, images, logos, brand assets, and any third-party media.
๐ Delays in content delivery directly impact project timelines. We recommend preparing all assets before the project kicks off.
When You Own the Work
All final files, source code, credentials, and full ownership of the delivered project are transferred to the client only after complete payment has been received.
Until full payment is cleared, all work-in-progress remains the intellectual property of WebWeave. Partial payments do not grant partial ownership.
Post-Launch Support
We include a defined support window with every project โ typically 1 to 3 months depending on project size โ during which we address bugs, minor fixes, and technical issues at no extra cost.
After the Support Window
Maintenance, updates, and new feature requests beyond the support period are available as paid engagements. We'll always provide a clear quote before proceeding.
If Things Don't Work Out
Either party may terminate the project engagement at any time with written notice. We handle terminations professionally and fairly.
Client Termination
All payments made up to the point of termination are non-refundable. Partial work completed will be delivered at our discretion based on payment received.
WebWeave Termination
In rare cases where we are unable to continue the engagement, a fair partial refund will be calculated based on work not yet completed and issued promptly.
